I've had a lot of luck with a salicylic acid bar and Oil of Olay age defense moisturizing...but that will only work if you aren't sensitive to the perfumes. (I can't use a lot of acne medication because of this.)
I had great luck with Pernox in terms of acne, and used it for YEARS, but it was aggravating my rosacea. :[
