Check your BMI. I am not sure of a link, off hand but if you input "BMI calculator" to your web browser or into Google, you can find one that way.

since I notice you have a fitday account, go to the weight section of fitday and it will tell you healthy/overweight/obese

3fc has BMI calculator that I like because its the only one that can handle 63.5 inches instead of 63 or 64 http://www.3fatchicks.com/Diets/Calc...MI_Calculator/
