Does anyone else have this problem i noticed the colder it gets the more i want bad food
anyone else? or am i just a freak LOL

You are not a freak! That is exactly what my problem is. Who wants a salad when it's cold outside???

Thank heaven for Cooking Light!!!! I've made many fabulous recipes from their website in the past few weeks. It makes me feel good to have that creamy, hot food when I know that it's lower in fat and calories than my usual comfort food. It really helps!

The same thing happens to me too. Fried food is just fantastic when it's cold outside. Stupid physiology!!!!
