I got free samples of each. I took them and was delighted with the berry flavor in the multi and the vanilla flavor in the calcium.

I won't be buying them. There are so many "oses" in each of them! I didn't realize there were so many "oses" in the world.

I tried the Viactiv's as well and before I even got to the "ose" I was turned off by the horrifically NASTY aftertaste! Blech!

These actually tasted pretty good to me.

However, for something that is supposed to be good for you, the ingredients are staggeringly bad.

I'll keep taking them, I like 'em.

Most of those ingredients are very commonly found in medications. A lot of them help carry the vitamins through to the "right" part of your digestive tract for maximum absorption.

Go grab your bottle of Advil or Tylenol... you'll find most of those there too.

The funny part is the sugars... why use 2 kinds of fake-sugar AND real sugar? Kinda weird. Maybe it's like that "splenda baking blend" that has real sugar in it.
