Finally some decent treadmill entertainment again.

We have dishnetwork and I'm glad to see GAC back on. I turn up the music really loud while I pound away at my treadmill. It does make working out less boring when there is something on TV that I like. I also usually walk to any show that is about health or weight loss and American Idol or the new Grease show.
