Chilled caffein free green tea with pomegranite. I lightly sweeten it with cane sugar so its only 24 calories a glass. I think next time I will try using wildflower honey to sweeten it.

Spring water, I prefer to eat my calories :p.

In general I drink mineral water. But for the whole week only one liter direct juice.

I like Strawberry Oat Smoothie a lot!)
