cook for myself, as i know exactly how i like everything and i have olive oil "butter" and mayo and spray, but at restaurants i have no control over what or how much they use and they certainly don't use the healthier ingredients i use.

Snow ski!! I miss it so much! I want to start skiing again but my weight has been holding me back from doing it.
Losing weight is a good motivation to get back on the slopes though!
WYR go for a walk or go for a swim?
