That would work.
PS I once went to a friends house for a Holiday Dinner, she had quite a crowd and a rectangular table with a very pretty tablecloth. I complimented her on her tablecloth and she said , "It is a twin size sheet ".

Thanks for the reminder. I just took the last serving of my T-Day soup out of the freezer and will have it tonight. I am off to PA for USA T-Day and am wondering if I can bring back my hostesses turkey carcass.

I did that once. Took my SIL's ham bone from our visit one Easter. She was agast! We were driving and had a cooler - no problem. Boy, was that good soup.

I considered getting a ham, for just that reason , why didn't I ? The price of ham is sky high ! Outrageous campared to the price of turkey.

My sister and I have fought over who got the ham bone from my Mother's Easter dinner.
Hey, Bargoo, come on up for Canadian T-Day - second Monday in October. I'll pick you up at the Ottawa Airport - YOW. I'm serious!

I have ham hocks in my freezer, too and I have white beans and lentils in my cupboard, saving them all for a rainy day.
