Eat This--Not That!
Since this has been an awful week eating-wise and decision-making wise, I thought I would introduce a new little game, called Eat This—Not That.

I really wanted a double-double from In N Out but I made my own 1/2 black bean and 80/20 hamburger...extra tomato/lettuce/onion/pickles and no cheese.

Im so hungry i could eat....a tub of ice cream...but instead i will stay on plan and eat... my two poached eggs with a little salsa and sour cream

I'm so hungry today, I could eat the entire peach cobbler I made last night, but to stay OP, I sent the 2 extra
servings to my MIL and had cottage cheese with Polaner Allfruit for breakfast! |
Im so hungry, i could eat all the granola bars in the house..but to stay OP, i guess i will have water...

I am so hungry I could eat a 1/2 pound burger and fries, but instead I ate grilled salmon, baked potato and salad.

I am so hungry I could make a batch of brownies and them all instead I will eat Laughing Cow cheese wedge and deli sliced roast beef.
