All these dog pix remind me. I was out of town for six days, took my dog with me. I did'nt have time to get his hair cut and bath before we left. So took him to a groomer in Sacramento. He SO didn't want to do that. The first thing he deposited a gigantic poop in the reception area. It was impressive , he must have been saving it for such an occasion. If that wasn't enough , he wuldn't let the groomer touch him. I had to bring him home , dirty and hairy.
Stupid Amazon... Grr. One of the disks of a box set I bought off of them was defective, no chance in **** of gettin' it to work, but since it had been over a month since they had shipped box set out to me, I'd have to send it in for only a half-refund and then go ahead and purchase a new box set. Yeah, so not shopping with them any longer. Defective goods are defective goods people!
Cathy, I found the customer service number (which isn't on the website itself, but you can google it to find the number), and they confirmed that I couldn't just trade it in for a working box set, that'd I'd have to send it in for a half-refund and purchase a new one. So I closed my account with them (sending the same problem in as the reason why I closed it) and got the generic "we're sorry" email back. So nope, no fixes. I used to buy a lot from the Amazon too, so now I'll have to figure out where to get my DVDs from now, like a copy of Season 6 of House that comes out this month and a few other TV series that I still follow.
