Ingredients
1 (16 ounce) package OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, divided
1 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 (8 ounce) packages BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, melted
(I used to use milk chocolate chips and then dip 'em in white chocolate chips)
Directions
Crush 9 of the cookies to fine crumbs in food processor; reserve for later use. Cookies can also be finely crushed in a resealable plastic bag using a rolling pin. Crush remaining 36 cookies to fine crumbs; place in medium bowl. Add cream cheese; mix until well blended. Roll cookie mixture into 42 balls, about 1-inch in diameter. (I usually refridgerate them for an hour or so, so that they harden up well for the next step)
Dip balls in chocolate; place on wax paper-covered baking sheet. Any leftover chocolate can be stored at room temperature for another use. Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs. (You know what's gonna happen to that leftover chocolate, who's this recipe writer kiddin'?)
Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Store leftover truffles, covered, in refrigerator.
DEADLY!!!
(talk about instant sugar high, I'm bouncin' off the walls just thinking about them!)

Hm..
100 Calorie Packs Oreo Thin Crisps instead of Oreos...?
Fat free whipped topping mixed with some low cal/low fat cream cheese instead of pure cream cheese...?
Some melted dark chocolate to coat them thinly (sharp chocolate bite for less chocolate maybe?) or a cocoa dusting or something instead of the bag of chocolate chips...?
There must be some better substitution ideas out there...

Wait, I found this:
Reduced Fat Oreo Truffles
Ingredients
1 pkg reduce fat Oreos, crushed
1 pkg (8oz) of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
non fat
2 pkgs (8 squares each) Baker's Semi Sweet
Chocolate Bars
Directions
Mix 3 cups of the cookie crumbs with the cream cheese until well blended. Roll into 42 (1 inch) balls. Melt Chocolate in a double burner being careful to heat slowly and not scorch Chocolate. Dip each ball into melted chocolate and lay on wax paper to cool. Before cooled, sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs.

Now how can there be 65 servings if there are only 42 balls??? EZ, what's up with that?

I was wondering the same thing myself --
let's do some math here --
65 servings from 42 balls is 42/65 balls per serving or 0.65 balls (approx 2/3 of a ball).
OR
take the number of servings and multiply by the calories per serving to get the total calories for the whole batch of them -- 65 x 55.5 = 3607.5
now divide by the number of balls to get calories per ball -- 3607.5 / 42 = 85.9 or approx. 86 calories per ball.
not bad -- if you only eat 1 one-inch ball -- not sure I could confine myself to only one if I went to all the trouble to make them -- two or three is more likely --
I'm better off just not making them at all....

OMG!!! I actually saw the 140's today!!!
This morning, I came in at 148.6. I was at 150.6 the morning before I blew my shoulder out and went on light duty and was taking munchie inducing meds. Over the next 3 weeks, I went up to about 158 since I couldn't put any stress on my shoulder and even just walking to class from my car did that.
I've been back to normal work for about 3 weeks now and finally got to see that magic number. I have some more things to do in order to go supervisor, so I should be able to get down to 140 or so before I become a lazy, good-fer-nuttin' boss. I'm sure I can maintain at least once I get there and maybe even still be able to get to goal. I'll be just 10 lbs away.
This is so freaking cool. I'm telling ya, this "Body by UPS" plan is GREAT. Eat well, Work hard and Get paid for it!!! Now, will you people quit with the food porn!?! Oh heck, go ahead, between work and school, I couldn't find the time to make them anyways.
