It was cold and rainy here, but a glorious Easter anyway.

Had a wonderful Easter day with Church, egg hunt and then a great dinner with my "other" family. The dogs had a ball chasing and being chased by cats and chickens. We didn't introduce them to the sheep and cows this time.
Now it's back to reality - taxes, meetings, garden clean-up and April showers with a chance of snow.

Spent Easter Sunday - cooking my weeks worth of food to stay OP. Attended spiritual meeting with friends. Early night.

Bah! Gary!
I'd be proud to be driving my truck down those fancy streets, holding my head high, with a wicked grin on my face!
They may have the 'money' or have the credit to toss it around, but I figure that I am so much happier with what I've got. Less to worry about, less to insure, & less to replace come natural or some other disaster.
And it's so much more fun to zip down some bumpy streets in a truck than something that costs about a quarter of a house and still can't handle dirt roads at crazy speeds without rattlin' to pieces.
Can you tell that I'm a truck girl? First thing I learned to drive, and I still miss that red chevy truck. *sighs dreamily*
