I've always been intrigued by China and anything Chinese so I guess I'd prefer to learn Chinese.

Mine, too! As a matter of fact I have so many fond memories of browsing the Britanicas, that even though we had the much easier to store digital version we bought a used set of the book version at a yard sale for our kids.
