Default questions about the book

Hello. I am reading the sugar busters book once again. Now, it says you can eat squash. Is that winter squash along with the summer squash. I like winter squash and can eat it with no sugar. I like the taste it has.

Also, it says this in not a no sugar diet, but a low sugar diet. So, does that mean I can have spaghetti sauce on my whole wheat pasta with no problem? Of course I would look for one with the less amount of sugar.

Thanks

serabo

Yes, you can have Spaghetti sauce. Look for a brand with as little sugar as possible, and no added sugar if possible. I use Muir brand organic a lot... Classico tomato basil has no added sugar.
