Wink Help! Soy cheese and snacks

I hope someone can help me. I made the breakfast muffin quiches with soy cheese and then realized that the soy cheese is processed food. Can I eat it on phase one?

My other question: Can I eat after the dinner dessert? I had the ricotta cheese, but I'd like something else, like a fudgsicle now. Are we limited to exactly what the food amounts are in the book?
This is my first post. This is my 2nd day on the diet.
I hope I can find the answer once I post this.

Talking

processed soy stuff is ok, as long as you make sure there's no added sugar... also look out for hydrogenated vegitable oil, which is bad for you.

On sugar busters, eat as much as you need to feel full, as long as you're not eating the bad stuff
