Jewelzzzzzzzzz Junior Member Join Date: Mar 2004 Location: Orange County Posts: 3	Sugar Alcohol Does anyone know the difference between grams of sugar and grams of sugar alcohol. Is sugar alcohol acceptable on the SB diet? Any info will help. Thanks!
