OK, to start off, I need to make sure I have good snacks for the office. Fridge space is somewhat limited. I have some unsalted peanuts for today, but I need to make sure I have enough variety that I stay away from the snack machine. What has worked for you?

Hi there! Nuts are always good, triscuits and low fat cheese, a piece of fruit, veggies and some low fat dip. Also, drink plenty of water. It helps fill you up.
