Hi,
I have a package of frozen peaches here and am wondering about the calorie count. On the nutrition label it tells me about the calories in thawed peaches-silly question: is the weight the same when they're frozen (I.want.frozen.peaches.)?
I looked online and could only find the count for sweetened peaches...

Maybe someone could help me

I think fitday.com lets me use a slice of a peach. If the frozen ones have nothing added ... I use that.

Does the bag say how many servings there are in the container? If so, I would maybe just split the bag into that many servings--that way, frozen or thawed, you know you have the right size servings, and the nutritional info will still work.
