Default Breakfast

Hello,
I have a question about breakfast. I have been a member her for a while but never really posted. I was wondering if anybody had any breakfast ideas. I am a very picky eater and most of the foods that diets suggest I can't stand. I don't like milk, oatmeal, yogurt, and I since trying the Atkins diet I can't stand to eat eggs. I have tried fruit, but it is not really filling, any suggestions or ideas would be great.

I know you don't like yogurt, but have you tried making shakes. I make one with yogurt, orange juice, and frozen berries. It tastes great and you can hardly taste the yogurt.
I'm not much help, everything you hate is everything that I like.

Think outside the breakfast box and eat something you DO like for breakfast! Who says it has to be cereal or fruit or milk or whatever? Pick a protein and pair it up with a carb, like a whole grain bread, fruit or even veggies and you're all set.

How about a turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread or a wrap, with veggies? Soup? Chili? Leftovers?

I eat five times a day (every three hours) so never think in terms of traditional breakfast, lunch and dinner any more. Nope, it's Meals 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. And I've had chili or chicken breast and an apple for Meal 1!

I never have liked breakfast food. I mostly eat salad for breakfast, or fruit and cheese. Sometimes leftovers from dinner the night before. Once in a while a sandwich.

I totally agree with Meg! You don't have to eat breakfast food for breakfast. This morning I ate some kimchi soup and a little brown rice, which seems like more of a lunch or dinner. Then for lunch I ate a toasted english muffin with a little pb, honey and a handful of Kashi Go Lean, which sounds like breakfast. Eat what you want to eat for breakfast. If you want soup or a salad or anything, eat it.

I've been eating home made muffins for breakfast (which I am sure are not atkins friendly but that is why I'm not atkins). And then I've been making egg sandwiches for lunch so frigure that one out. Like it's been said before it doesn't matter what you eat as long as you eat something. I normally try and make things in advance that I can just sit and eat quickly.
