Spaghetti squash is also great with a Laughing Cow Cheese Triangle (Light) stirred into a bowl of squash. It makes a very light version of Fettucine Alfredo!! Add a dash of garlic salt for the final touch!

I was eating with with tomato sauce and turkey sasuage but someone told me it is awesome with alfrado sauce (just a bit of course! haha) and canned clams, shrimp - whatever. I love noodles like that... but squash? anyone else know? I bought everything to try it but I am feel nervous.....
YUMMMM.... I love spaghetti squash with alfredo sauce! delish!
Shrimp are really good in this. The only problem with shrimp is it can be a bit salty (between the sauce --if the kind in a jar-- and the sodium in shrimp). I would not add additional salt.

I also really like slices of grilled chicken breasts in it. With a little garlic and just a sprinkle of parmesan cheese on top--YUMMMMM!
