Default Have to share this recipe with you guys (pic included)

These sandwiches are from my Light & Tasty magazine and they are FABULOUS. You can cut the calories even further by using a 'light' bun instead of the one called for here. I scanned the front and back of the recipe. Easier than typing it all out and the pic is a bonus

wow, i'd love to try it (I know marinating the chicken in milk or buttermilk makes it super juicy) but I hate how baking things with breadcrumbs, or any sort of carb-coating comes out with my oven. I might just have to try it though, thanks Linda.

Yes, it's very good. We sometimes have them for Sunday dinner. Again, if you want to cut cals even further, just use light buns. Another yummy thing to do with these chicken breasts, once they're prepared, is to make a 'light' chicken parmesan, if you like chicken parmesan made with breaded chicken. Just do the chicken according to directions, then put them in a casserole dish and top with spaghetti sauce and some fat-free shredded cheese and serve it with spaghetti and a salad
