Another yummy thing to do with these chicken breasts, once they're prepared, is to make a 'light' chicken parmesan, if you like chicken parmesan made with breaded chicken. Just do the chicken according to directions, then put them in a casserole dish and top with spaghetti sauce and some fat-free shredded cheese and serve it with spaghetti and a salad
