I found this place near my house called Penguin's Frozen Yogurt! (Similar to TCBY) and they make awesome fat free and sugar free frozen yogurt. (I like yogurt better than icecream as its lower in calories and better tasting)
Now they have 4-5 flavors available in fat free and sugar free option (4-5 different flavors everyday) They also have sugar free and fat free toppings (nearly 20 of them). Is having frozen yogurt like this acceptable for losing weight? I am getting addicted to this one and I have had it twice in last 2 weeks. Yesterday I had "kahlua and toffee nut" (I dont want to give this up like thousands of other things I've sacrificed for my weight)
They do not have nutrition information available (or atleast the person in the store didnt know what I was talking about)...
