I can relate, though. Been there done that. But you CAN control the food instead of letting it control you.

:thanks: I just wrote it cuz that is how I was feelin. I know thin tastes better than any food, just sometimes its tough is all. :kickcan:

Same here. I know I can do anything to get to size 6 again but sometimes it feels like "why me? why didnt I get a bmr a bit higher so I wouldnt have to do such hardwork ?!?"
