I didn't make this up, actually I stole it from the lid of a sugar free cool whip tub but I added the icing. I hope it's ok to post it.
1 serving = 1 sandwich
1 sheet of graham crackers (4 crackers)
2 Tbsp Sugar Free Cool Whip
1/2 Tbsp Whipped Supreme Milk Chocolate Icing
Break sheet in half, spread icing on one half and cool whip on the other half and smush halves together.
Freeze for approx. 3 hours until firm then wrap separately or place in ziplock bags. The tub says they can be stored in the freezer for up to a week.
Nutritional Info (based on the specific ingredients above, whipped icing has a few less calories than regular):

As you can see they're not exactly nutritious but they are quite tasty for those of us with a sweet tooth and the calories aren't too bad. They taste kind of like an ice cream sandwich and a s'more. Also, if you don't add the icing they're more like 85 calories per sandwich.
