I like to have protein with my snacks. My current favorites are:
!/2 C ff cottage cheese with 1/2 cup berries or unsweetened applesauce
Hard-boiled egg and an apple
1-2 oz Turkey
Lots of good ideas here. I need to change up some of my menu and I can use some of these ideas. (You do know that baby carrots are just made from regular carrots don't you? Hope I'm not bursting anyone's delusions )
