Default great veggie sandwich

I ripped this from a menu item at a local breakfast & lunch joint. They call it a VBLAT - an awful name but a yummy dish! It's basically a veggie BLT.

Here's my home adaptation:

3 strips SoyBoy fakin' bacon tempeh strips, browned in a pan with cooking spray (100 cals)

1/4 avacado, sliced (75 cals)

1 tbsp. Nasoya fat free vegan mayo (10 cals)

1 lo carb wrap (50 cals) or any tortilla or bread of your choice

lettuce, tomato, sprouts

Total stats: 235 cals , 15.5 grams protein, 9.2 grams fiber, 11 grams fat

That sounds awesome!!! I am going to have to find some SoyBoy fakin' bacon tempeh strips. I have been eating soy now, and I have even slipped tofu into a few meals with out hubby and kids knowing.
