Default Trader Joes Tzatziki!!!

Fabulous low-cal dip for veggies or crackers. For my afternoon snack, I'm having a cup of raw broccoli, half a cup of sliced cucumber, 4 whole tablespoons of yummy dip, and 2 akmak whole wheat crackers (they're big, and taste GREAT in the dip) - total of 135 calories for the whole shebang, with 5 g fat and extra calcium from the yogurt in the dip. Its creamy and garlicky and delish, and makes fiber-rich veggies feel almost like a special treat.

mmmm.

Ooh, that sounds yummy!

I've never had tzatziki but I'm gonna have to try it soon! I just found a recipe for it too, maybe I'll make it this wknd. Since I have no Trader Joes around here.

I got this yesterday and I can't believe how YUMMMMY it is!
Oh my goodness, my lunch today was so good I was almost moaning LOLOL!
I also picked up grilled chicken breast strips that they have in the fresh food section and some tortillas that are only 50 cals. each. The chicken has a slightly charred flavor and it's really nice chicken breast. OMG it was SOOOO goooooooooooooooood! LOLOL!
The taste combo is incredible.
The tzatziki is from the same company that makes the scrumptious Fage strained Greek yogurt.
