I've tried several kinds and like the flavor of this product. I usually have a protein shake as a mid-afternoon mini-meal - the time when I'm most likely to go on a binge. It really fills me up and I don't eat too much at dinner. I sometimes blend one scoop of vanilla flavor whey powder with 1-1/2 cups nonfat milk, a couple of ice cubes, a tablespoon of psyllium husk powder (for fiber), 1/2 cup of frozen unsweetened raspberries or strawberries and two tsp. sugar (you can omit this if you like, or use Splenda). This makes a big, delicious, thick shake (approx. 260 calories).
