... LOL now I can just hear a lot of "liver haters" saying "eewwww."
But for those who like it, the following makes a great liver pate.
Boil a small carton (or package) of chicken livers until they are tender. Drain off the water and mash with a fork. Add chopped red onion and a bit of Miracle Whip Free and mix thoroughly. Spread on corn cakes (or rice cakes, WASA bread, etc.) and place a big thick slice of fresh tomato on each one! Yummy!!!!! Really!
