Default Best way to clean fruit & veggies?

I saw a spray made for cleaning fruits and veggies. It had vinegar as an ingredient as well as other chemical sounding stuff.

I usually wash my fruit & veggies well in warm water before eating. I'm wondering if that is enough to really clean the fruit and veggies?

Please share your cleaning tips! Do you use anything besides water to clean fruit and produce? Do you peel all fruit before eating?

Thanks!

I just wash fruit such as apples with hot water and wipe with a paper towel (I like to eat the skin for extra fiber). Be sure to cut off the stem and flower indentation areas as this is where chemical residues can collect from insecticides, etc.
