i think (but i'm italian and maybe i'm partisan
)that the most healthy choice to substitute butter is extravirgin oil...
it's has a great taste, has got only good fats and a lot of good horganic quality...
you can tell it's has too much calories but on the long term i think using extravirgin oil instead of strange/chemical substitute is healtier...
it's not only a matter of calories, it's a matter of health
