I use olive oil often and on very rare occassions butter itself.. The real thing.
Off hand, I can't think of anything I use butter for.. but sometimes it does come up so I usually have a stick or two in the freezer.

I use the I can't believe its not butter Lite.... I love it and it taste good too! It has half of what the original I cant believe its not butter has....
