There is only one store out of about 4 in my area that carries the fat free cheddar and mozarella. I make sure I stock up whenever I'm there. It's a Safeway, so you might try that chain or one of their local names stores (mine is really Genuardi's).

Ask your store manager if they will order some for you. Many times they will add a product if enough people ask for it. Or they will special order products for regular customers.

I know the Tops by me carries it in shredded cheddar and mozzerella as well as American and Sharp Cheddar cheese slices. So I would try Tops markets.

I actually like a lot of things FF except cheese. Unfortunately that means I can't eat a lot of it. More power to you.

Ingle's has a pretty good selection if you got one.

Finding low fat cheese is hit and miss at my local grocery stores. If I can't stock up, I mix 1/2 full fat and 1/2 skim mozzarella cheese when using it in cooking. Cheese is one of my downfalls!

The fat-free shredded cheeses are pretty decent. I used the fat-free mozzarella a couple of weeks ago on some homemade lasagna. It came out really good.

I know what you mean about some ff products, though. I can't handle the ff salad dressings. I've tried just about all of them to try and get used to one, but I just can't. Now, some of the light dressings I can handle. But not the ff ones. Then I read an article that says you shouldn't use totally fat-free dressing on your salads anyway because you need a certain amount of fat in order to absorb the nutrients from the vegetables.

Go figure.

Whether it's true or not, it made me happy, lol.
