Well, Linda, I do eat yogurt now, but I'm choosy about my brands/flavors! And I too love, love, love sweet potatoes and squash - any kind. Having some tonight in fact!

ewww.....yogurt is gross. A friend of mine freezes yogurt and takes it out a couple of hours before she eats it. ...kind of like a frozen treat...but

Cottage Cheese. I eat it out of the pot as a snack but am at the point now where I gag at the mere thought of it.

I might start making those oatmeal protein pancakes again so that I can still eat the cottage cheese and get it's proteiny goodness but not actually see it .
