Default Anyone have any tofu recipes??

I am trying to get my family to start eating less meat and more tofu. Does anyone have any great tofu recipes or know of any great websites or links where I might be able to start my new cooking experience? Thanks in advance.

I've made a few recipes from this site . I usually tweak them to up the protein content and get rid of the sugar and white flour, but otherwise they are good.

because I bookmarked it there! I made the tofu brownies with a LOT of tweaks. They are good, but nothing like the original recipe. Basically, use the same protein muffin recipe I've posted everywhere and use 2/3 a package of tofu instead of pumpkin or banana, cut the protein powder to 2 scoops, and vut the baking powder in half.

If you don't expect them to taste like a real brownie, they're quite good.
