LOVE the EATING FOR LIFE Cookbook!

I borrowed this from the library and bought a copy the next day. I love it...I have made something in it every day since I got it.

How are the recipes? Are they easy/fast? Do you think kids would like the food too? Thanks for the tip!!

I also like this cookbook. The recipes are really easy and do look like the kids would eat them :) The recipes would fit into a lot of diet plans, too.
