Question A question about SAUERKRAUT .... ???

This might be a strange question, but does anyone know how to prepare SAUERKRAUT so that it is very tender and easy to chew? I love SAUERKRAUT, but I can remember as a kid eating my grandmoms where it almost melted in your mouth.

Any tips appreciated.

Thanks

DAVID

Thumbs up Try this...

Teddy Bear,

I love sauerkraut and to find it kind of tought sometimes until I tried this...
I put it in my crockpot with hc keilbasa and let it cook on low for 6 hours or more. It makes the sauerkraut tender and delish! IMO
