Hi i was just wondering if anyone has tried any of the flavor sprays from the flavor spray diet? are they good?

The examples they list for using the product sound interesting, and may be good for some diet plans. The chef/creator seems to have quite an impressive background. But, I can't find anything on the site that shows exactly what is in the product, unless I'm overlooking it. If it has zero calories, carbs, and fat grams, what's in it? I'm assuming the product is a mixture of artifical flavors with a spray pump. I'm reminded of the Walden Farms salad dressings that have zero calories, and they received quite a mixed reaction, lol.

I tried them. The Bacon was Great! Tried with eggs! Cookies and Cream I sprayed in my mouth, on rice cake, and in cool whip.. Yummy.. Liked Parmesan, not loved, and finished, YES FINISHED, CHOCOLATE FUDGE... very good on popcorn!
