Default Egg Custard!

I just realised yesterday, that for protein and calories and yumminess, this one ain't bad!

1 egg
1/2 cup skimmed milk
1/8 cup sugar (you could substitute splenda or something but I left the sugar in!)
vanilla

Whip all this up with a whisk or fork or blender. Put it in a ramekin or pudding basin (sprinkle some nutmeg on the top), put the basin in a roasting tin with 1" water in the bottom and cook at 375 F. I think it took about 15 mins to set to a nice custard!

Eat and enjoy!
