I love crystal light.. Strawberry kiwi is my fav right now...Its calorie count is like 5 cals.for a 20oz bottle. I am so happy I found it.. Because when I cut out my soda I was looking for a replacement so I tried the caprie suns for a while. I didnt look at the calorie content of these things. When I did I threw them all away. I don't exactly remember what it said but it was the same if not more in calorie count for a little pouch then in a bottle of soda.. My doctor said that juices aren't really good if your trying to lose wieght anyways to much sugar.

I have tried fruit2O but found an aftertaste that I didn't care for. I am currently drinking Propel for the same reasons Chloriform is drinking Crystal Light. I am trying to curb a soda habit and at this point I can't swallow water plain. I am hoping to get there. I also drink Crystal light and take the little packets you can add to water to work. I prefer peach and raspberry ice tea.

For those of you who don't like the Fruit2O and similar waters, you HAVE to try this! I can't stand the sweet aftertaste they leave, and then I found O waters. I found it at my local Hannaford Supermarket, but other than there, I have had no luck. The Mango Orange is the BEST! It is fruit flavored water with no sweeteners! To me, the mango orange reminds me of fuzzy navels 0 the cocktails, that is! lol

I LOVE Fruit2O!! Last summer, i had a job in July, i worked outside in the corn field in like, 115 degree weather at its hottest, and this stuff is all I drank. I love the peach and strawberry kinds. I used to drink Propel, but its kind of expensive, so its Fruit2o for me.
