Frozen Goodies
Okay I have found the absolute best alternative to the beloved but evil Ben and Jerry's. Edy's Grand Fat Free Frozen Yogurt. It's creamy and rich tasting and coats your mouth just like ice cream. I've tried the vanilla (best milkshake in the world) and Caramel Praline Crunch. Yummmmm. The second one is Snapple on ice. They come in regular and diet, I got the regular because the diet have sugar alcohol which isn't good if you are a diabetic (like my mom) they only have 8 grams of sugar total in the regular anyway. Both of these are great, healthful summer treats.
