Default Can someone help me with carbs.

I'm on a lowfat low calories diet. I'm wondering if anyone knows how many grams of carbs a day I should be eating. I'm currently taking in 130 grams of carbs per day. Is that right?

There is no "right" or "wrong." There is probably a range that you should shoot for depending on the plan you are on, but it all depends on the plan, your calorie level, your goals, etc.

For example, I'm currently eating about 1500 calories per day, and I aim to have 50-60% of those calories from carbohydrate, 20-25% from fat, and 20-25% from protein. I don't count grams of anything -- I use the exchange system to plan my daily menus, and that counts all of that stuff for me and keeps me in those percentage ranges I'm shooting for.
