Question Organic Diet Plan??

I have been eating only organic foods for about a month now. I read an article about the health benefits from eating organic foods and decided to start eating them. I now buy organic cheese, tofu, broccoli, and even apples. Does anyone know of a organic diet program? Or maybe even a vegetarian diet program?

It seems like you should be able to do pretty much any diet organically. What are the challenges?

Exclamation Cant stick to it

Im looking for a diet plan that actually works where I can eat pasta and vegetables and fruits and not be limited to only eating low carb things. All my favorite foods have too many carbs , most dont have any sugars but atkins and south beach are really hard to follow when ur eating only vegetables and tofu and things with no carbs or sugars.

What about weight watchers or just plain counting calories? There are forums for both here. Check 'em out.

Vegetables and tofu do have carbs and sugars - naturally occuring. Take a look at carrots if you don't believe me. Try WW Core plan.

I agree, weight watchers sound perfect! You can choose organic versions of any food and fit it in the WW program. It's so flexible.

Or, you can just count calories. Choose your own foods, but limit how many calories you eat. It sounds like you would be choosing all healthy foods anyway
