Hi, I am currently now working at a place..where we have standard packed lunch from the cantee. I would often find it very unhealthy as the packed lunch are usually oily with alot of deep fried stuff. I have thought of bringing my own cooked stuff from home. Any ideas?
Cereal is great.... make a salad (keep dressing in a seperate container so it doesn't get mushy)...
*Make a fruit salad
*yogurt, fruit, pretzels
*cheese cubes and crackers (watch portion size/fat content carefully)
Do you have access to a microwave or refrigerator?
Well, I know I'll put your suggestions to work! This weekend I am gonna make out a daily breakfast, lunch, dinner & snack list. That way I will know beforehand what I plan to eat & when. I always get in trouble if I don't have everything written down.
