Default calories in steak

I hate to start a new thread for this, but does anyone know how many calories is in a serving of steak tips? (with all the fat trimmed of course)...also, what is the serving size? All I have is my weight watchers book and that tells me how many points are in the steak

What cut of meat are the tips from? I don't eat beef, lol, so I'm not sure. Would it be sirloin? 3 oz of cooked sirloin (a standard size) has 166 calories and 6 grams fat.

Me either! A lot of people like it, I even remember my own mother saying that's where all the flavor was

Even if you trim the visible fat off, steak, especially the better cuts, have a lot of marbling and fat.
