Default Discovering New Foods, and substitutes

I've been on Weight Watchers for 16 weeks now, and one of the things I enjoy is being exposed to new food options I simply didn't consider before.

"New" Foods I've tried, and really like:

Food "substitutes" that are a great alternative to the real things:

Turkey Bacon (I was pretty skeptical about that one)
Vegetable crumbles (instead of ground beef)--like ground Boca burger
Fat Free sour cream --well, heck, the real thing was never going to be worth all those points!
Olive oil instead of butter - not exactly a sacrifice, if you ask me
Smart Ones sundae cones - definitely too good to be true for 2 points

Please, share some of your amazing discoveries, if you would.

I love my pug

Some little things I've found that make a huge difference are:

sugar free jam or preserves
sugar free syrup
fat free butter spray (for potatoes, corn on the cob, etc.)
Pam cooking spray
lite chocolate syrup (the sugar free was not good!)
fat free sour cream
fat free cool whip
sugar free jello
fat free fudgesicles
low carb tortillas
ground chicken in place of ground beef
fat free or reduced fat cheese
Splenda (granular or 1/2 & 1/2 for baking are both excellent sugar substitutes)
sugar free hot chocolate mix

I'm sure there's more, but that's all I could think of for now.

Even though I may not eat all of these things myself, (I try to stay away from sweets even if they are healthier choices) I have replaced the normal versions with these for the rest of my household without anyone noticing a change at all. What they don't know won't hurt 'em right?!! My husband does know about the ground chicken though, and he actually prefers it to ground beef in most cases.

New goal: staying binge free and losing those last few again, but for the last time!!

ww wheat bread
fat free spray butter(good on toast)
raspberry vingerette salad dressing (light done right)
bocco patties

The WW Fat Free butter spray I'm using tastes really chemical-y. It's more than 6 months old....it's probably more than a year old. Does it go bad? Or am I just expecting too much from the stuff?
