I've posted this in other places, but here goes:

My fave lo-cal snack (when I'm not lo-carbing, which I've been doing lately) is Eggo waffles. They only have 100 calories each and if you get a flavored one, like chocolate chip, you don't even need syrup. Just toast it, grab and go. I used to eat two of them on my way to work for a good carry-along breakfast. I think they'd make a good snack food, too, though.

Wasa crackers are awesome! I at least have 2 boxes in my cupboard at all times. I know this may sound weird but I crush mine up sometimes and put them in my yogurt. Oddly enough, it reminds me of cereal. LOL
-mini bags of 99% fat free kettle corn
-FF pringles
-Blue Bunny lite yogurt
-no sugar added fruit in a cup
-no sugar added apple/cherry pie filling
-kraft/jello no sugar added jello pudding

More to come...

I like the Slim-a-Bear Klondike bars. Strawberries and low-fat whipped cream are always great! I LOVE reduced fat Wheat Thins, as well as any of the 100 calorie packs from Nabisco!

The sku is 18627 03000 if that helps your grocer find them. I still don't see anything on their website about these.
