For lunch today, I had just the chicken out of a Healthy Choice Chicken Fingers and Mac & Cheese dinner. The whole dinner is 260, what would be a good guestimate about just the chicken, maybe half? Like 110-130? Im pretty sure the Mac & Cheese make up the bulk of the dinner's calories anyways, just wanting to make a good estimate about calories.
just wanna lose a few pounds so my pants fit better.
It is tough to estimate because we don't know what is in the coating on the chicken. If they used wheat flour or starch, then maybe 110 is a good guess. If they used soy flour, then perhaps it was a bit less, say 90.
