Default Fat Free Banana Split Breakfast (great anytime of day)

I love this Banana Split. At home I serve it in a glass Banana Split dish and feel like I'm having the real thing. If taking to work I put cereal in plastic wrap to keep crisp until ready to eat

-Slice a banana lengthwise and put in dish
-cut up 2 or 3 strawberries and put on top of banana
-some diced pineapple (I prefer mine without pineapple)
-spoon 2 or 3 tablespoons of fat free French Vanilla yogurt over all
-sprinkle a handful of bran flakes on top

ENJOY!

Ohhhhh that sounds wonderful... I am going to do it!!! Only I will use a bit of berry granola instead! That would also be good (minus the bran flakes or granola of course) on a small toasted multigrain waffle!!!

LOL after I wrote this it soaked in... I have something similar for breakfast a LOT of mornings... I put yogurt in a some granola and chop up a banana in it. But the strawberries and fresh pineapple too... oh yum!!!

Hmmm...I wonder if I could trick my mind into thinking it's a Dairy Queen or Denny's banana split...one of my biggest weaknesses!

I'll definately try this one!

I made this this morning. I used a jello sundae topper pudding cup because I didn't have any yogurt and 1/4 cup cookie crisp because I didn't have any other cereal. Boy was it GOOD!
