Question whole grain crispbread??? crispy food???

I finally bought Ryvita whole grain crispbread to kill my craving for crispy stuff. CAn anyone suggest any good crispy food or snacks? I really wanna be healthy, and really love crispy food... Is whole grain crispbread low-carb? Any good low-carb, low-fat, low-calorie crispy snacks?

Thanks a lot!

Don't forget the natural crispies - celery, carrots, bell pepper, cucumber, pickles. Also crispy fruit - apples, pears, etc. I also like crispy/salty and sometimes get those little pretzel twists - they are 5 calories each so I can have a small handful and incorporate them into my plan. (I don't do that too often tho because pretzels are empty calories - white flour)
